What needs to be rethought

is not just the form, the materials, or the function

but how we see architecture itself.

Not as an object placed upon nature.

showpiece of the architect’s ego,

Not as a

trophy in the race for beauty,

Not as a 

product designed solely to please the client,

even if it means erasing life beneath the soil.

Architecture must shed 

its obsession with spectacle,

and remember its role:

to belong, to listen, to protect.

Not merely built for humans,

but as an instrument to restore the Earth.

A quiet gesture of care

in a world already overwhelmed with noise.

If we seek a future worth living in,

architecture must stop leaving scars,

and begin acting as a process of healing.

Materials must return to their roots.

Designs must respond to the wounds of

soil, air, and water,

and make space for life in all its forms

not just ours.

It does not dominate,

but knows how to 

step back, collaborate, and coexist.

Let’s rethink what we build

not just for ourselves,

but for the Earth that carries us.
